The role of leader-member exchange on subjective career success among teachers

Teacher’s subjective career success can be evaluated from their satisfaction. When evaluating the career, teachers feels a sense of comfort in work environment and that arises support provided by leader to teacher. The purpose this study was determine whether there is role for leader-member exchange on teachers. Participants were 320 method used quantitative methods. instruments research are Leader-Member Exchange Multidimensionality (LMX-MDM) Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI) scale. This two data analyzes, first using simple linear regression test with total score significant results (b= 0.356; p< 0.001). Second, multiple tests per-dimensional analysis obtain result contribution dimension recognition affect overall dimensions (b=0.146 – 0.282; as reference development psychology related success.
